How does the programme work?

By combine the most vital elements of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy we use the power of Hypnotherapy to go into your subconscious to find the root cause of the issues that are hurting you. I will then guide you to re-wire your mind to free you from the emotional and physical pain, and unwanted behaviours that are impacting on your life

What is Hypnotherapy really like?

Hypnosis is simply a deep relaxation of nervous system and so you are aware and in control throughout the session. Therefore, nobody can make you do anything in hypnosis that you would not ordinarily do and so you are completely safe.

Throughout the session you will know where you are, you will not lose consciousness and be able to bring yourself out at any time. Hypnosis is often described as a very relaxed state similar to day dreaming and mediation. It is a completely natural state.

Is everything confidential?

Absolutely! Not only is my entire practice GDPR compliant, it is essential that there is trust between us to ensure that you get the best outcome from your session.

What happens in a session?

Before you are hypnotised, you will be asked to describe what life would look like for you without the problem. You will then be guided into hypnosis and your healing will begin.

The subconscious mind holds all your memories, and the answers to how, why and when you started either a hurtful belief or behaviour. Once you have the understanding, your mind can be redirected, and brand-new, empowering beliefs can take their place. Results can be rapid and more successful because the mind is more suggestible in hypnosis.

What if I cannot be hypnotised?

All hypnosis is self hypnosis and we spend large parts of our lives on ‘auto pilot’ which is in essence an hypnotic state. If you want to be hypnotised, you can be because it is not done to you, you do it with the guidance of a therapist. If you truly want to be healed and have chosen to use hypnotherapy as a tool, you will participate and reap the enormous benefits.

How long does a session take?

Typically a hypnotherapy session takes between 1½ to 2½ hours.

The two follow up Transformation Sessions are one hour each.

What happens afterwards?

You will receive a personalised recording that you must listen to for at least 28 days after the session. This ensures that your brand new, empowering beliefs are fully installed. During this time you will full online support and we will have two further Transformation Sessions.


I have completed a rigorous programme in order to become certified. The programme has been externally audited and validated by organisational bodies across the world including: Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH), International Association of Counsellors & Therapists (IACT) and the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT)

What other qualifications do you have?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (level 7), Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (level 5), Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Psychotherapy (2007), EMDR (2020), EFT (2020). I’m also qualified in Reiki, Aromatherapy, Mindfulness & Meditation. Each year I complete an extensive number of hours for continuous professional development.
